 Apply Online  If you opt to apply online, you should download and read the 2010 application first. It will give you information and details about the all materials that you must submit in order to be eligible to be considered for a 2010 BILLD Fellowship.

NOTE: Please use Internet Explorer when submitting the online form (the form may not submit properly with other browsers).  Applications materials submitted online are done so through a secured site.

    √  Current resume/bio
    √  Written essay (answering the questions posed in the application)
   √  Two (2) letters of recommendation from legislative colleagues
