BILLD
Steering Committee
The BILLD Steering Committee oversees the Bowhay
Institute for Legislative Leadership Development, which
provides training to new legislators from the 11 member states and
affiliate members of the Midwestern Legislative Conference.
The
Steering Committee sets
application
and selection guidelines, provides guidance on
fundraising
initiatives and oversees
curriculum
development.

serve as the co-chairs of the Steering
Committee. Minnesota
Rep.
Laura Brod and Michigan
Rep. John Moolenaar are the vice chair.
